- Platform Interference: Attempting to probe, scan, test system vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer source code, or circumvent rate limits.
- Misrepresentation: Impersonating any person, business entity, or agency, or forging communication headers.
03 3. User Responsibilities
As a user or subscriber of GrizzlyMinds products, you are responsible for maintaining your account integrity:
- Account Credentials: Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your passwords, API keys, and access tokens. You are fully responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
- Accurate Information: Providing accurate, complete registration details and keeping billing information up to date.
- End-User Consent: Ensuring that all end-user consent requirements and data protection rules are satisfied for communication workflows configured under your account.
04 4. Third-Party Services & Integrations
Our software tools and automated applications interact with external third-party services, including cloud hosting platforms, payment processors, analytics providers, and messaging networks (such as WhatsApp and email dispatch services).
While we work to ensure high reliability, overall service delivery and uptime may depend on external third-party networks and APIs. GrizzlyMinds is not liable for delayed communications, service interruptions, or API limitations caused by third-party network outages or carrier restrictions beyond our direct control.
We reserve the right to update integration configurations as needed to maintain compatibility with external API upgrades and security standards.
05 5. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform or services without prior notice if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy.
- Your account engages in unauthorized spam activities, abusive behaviour, or receives excessive carrier complaints.
- Your account incurs non-payment, chargebacks, or billing fraud.

OUR SERVICES AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRIZZLYMINDS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR SERVICE DOWNTIME ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OUR PLATFORM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GrizzlyMinds, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of third-party integrations, or content distributed through your account.
