Can you integrate with our TMS and carrier APIs?

Yes. We integrate with transport management systems and carrier APIs, and where a carrier offers no API we work from scheduled data feeds. The customer-facing layer looks identical either way.

What if a shipment status is genuinely unknown?

The system says so and escalates, rather than guessing. Reporting an unknown honestly and routing it to a human costs far less trust than a confident answer that turns out to be wrong.

How long does a tracking system take to build?

Typically six to ten weeks depending on how many systems hold the data. Integration effort, not the customer-facing interface, is what moves the timeline — so we scope the data sources first.
